We Are F-A-M-I-L-Y...

Well, most of us claim each other anyway! On Sunday, we had our annual Vance Christmas. It was wonderful to see all my aunts, uncles, and cousins who I only get to see a few times a year. Most of them had not met Gavin yet, so it made for a great day! We were blessed to have Gavin's Great Great Grandma Johnson attend which made five generations in one place! Mommy and Daddy didn't get to see much of him as he was passed around, but we know how much he enjoyed meeting everyone and seeing the new faces. Thanks to everyone for making it a first Christmas for Gavin that we will never forget!

Gavin's GREAT, GREAT Grandma Johnson

Gavin's Great Grandpa Larry and Great Grandma Judy, plus all his cousins.

Gavin's Grandma and Grandpa, otherwise known as Mima and Papa.

Gavin's proud mommy and daddy.

The "Girls"

This is our traditional "serious" pose. Each year, we usually all get the same thing but in different colors. I guess I said that last year was our final year to do it. We were sad when we didn't have our traditional pix taken, so we posed for the camara anyway.

Gavin has been dying for this toy! It's the Fisher Price Drop and Roar Dinosaur. It looks like sooo much fun! It was even voted Toy of the Year!

Clint obviously didn't get the message that anyone sitting on the couch was supposed to wear green! Even Robert followed cue and he's not even part of the family...YET!

Don't feel bad, Clint! Papa didn't get the message to wear Red either!

That was a LONG day!

Thanks, Alisha, for sharing your family Christmas pics. It's fun to see everyone that I hear about from Mima. Looks like Gavin had a very fun day!! I'm sure he slept very well. Who knows what kind of things he'll get into today at Mima and Papa's house!! Can't wait to hear about it.

Gavin was such a good boy, as always, for the family. Mima and Papa were so proud of him and loved showing him off AND sharing (which is always hard -- HA). We're glad everybody got to see him, too, especially gma Johnson. What a memorable day.
