There are some days when I really long for a DQ treat...today was one of those days! Not knowing the temps where supposed to warm up and considering we got about an inch of ice balls on the ground yesterday, I didn't even open up the door to see what the weather was like outside. Gavin gave me a clue that he REALLY wanted to go out when he put on his boots and daddy's hat and went and got gloves and a scarf. I then opened the door and realized it was in the 60's! We ate a quick lunch, got dressed, and headed out the door for a stroller ride! About two minutes into the ride, both boys where zonked out. This gave mommy the chance to take a lap around town-somewhere around 3 miles. My knees and back are killing me for it now! About two blocks from home I was sweating and craving a butterfinger blizzard or a crunch cone....but not enough to drive 20 miles to get one!
OK, now can I go outside?

3 miles with a double stroller? Are you crazy? I can't believe you can still go that far without working up to it with a stroller. I'm impressed -- but you're still crazy. Did you forget I brought you some DQ star kisses? Or did Clint and Gavin eat them all already? Guess you won't eat chili for a couple days. May may want to freeze some.
Did you watch the Super Bowl? We did and were SOOOO excited with the outcome. Fave ad? Mine was a tie between the Rocky/Bud Clydesdyle (Hank) and the eTrade puking baby.
Tomorrow is Super Tuesday in Illinois so we'll go to our new voting poll. Neither one of us know where we're going yet but guess we'll need to find out sooner than later.

Wasn't the weather great? It was 76 here! What a great photo opportunity with Gavin trying to persuade you to go out. It's definitely nice to get out after it's been cold to get some fresh air.
